Fundraisers and Promotions - 2010

We would like to welcome you to join in the upcoming fundraisers and promotions

 
 
 
September         On September 24th 2010 Donna, Dina and Dawn of Scissor Sisters will be honored at the Women Helping Women Event at the Ocean Acres Country Club. This event will recognize those who have given back to the community. The girls would love to share this very important evening with you. Tickets for this event are still available. Please call Scissor Sisters for further details or ticket purchasing.  
 
 
October         Breast Cancer Awareness month. We will have our annual Chinese Auction, cookie and jewelry sale, and other activities to raise money for the Susan G. Komen foundation. We are hoping to collect even more donations this year then ever!! please call or stop by the salon for further details.  
 
 
November         Annual Food Drive. Scissor Sisters will be collecting non-perishable food items from November 2nd through November 20th. Items collected will be dispersed to local families in our area in need.  
 
 
December         Annual Clothing Drive. We will be teaming up once again this year with the Stafford Twp. Municipal Alliance to collect winter outer wear for children in our community. (Ex: jackets, hats, gloves, scarves,heavy sweatshirts) The clothing will be given out at the annual Cops and Kids event held by the Municipal Alliance. January           
 
 
February         Women Wear Red Day. On this day, all clients that come in for their appointments wearing red will have 10% of their services donated to the American Heart Association. Please check back or call the salon (609) 597-5009 for the actual day this event will be held.
